1. Return Eligibility

We offer a 7-Day Return Policy from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

• The return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
• The product must be in its original condition.
• All original packaging, tags, accessories, manuals, warranty cards, and invoices must be included.
• The watch must not show signs of misuse, damage, alteration, or excessive wear.

2. Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement

To ensure a smooth claim process, customers must record a complete 360-degree unboxing video while opening the package.

The video must clearly show:

• The sealed package before opening.
• The shipping label.
• The entire unboxing process without cuts or edits.
• The condition of the watch and accessories received.

No claims for missing items, wrong products, damaged products, or defects will be accepted without a valid 360-degree unboxing video.

3. Non-Returnable Situations

Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

• Return request submitted after 7 days of delivery.
• Product damaged due to misuse, negligence, accidents, water damage, or unauthorized repairs.
• Missing original packaging, accessories, tags, or invoice.
• Products showing signs of wear after use.
• Claims raised without a valid unboxing video.

4. Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

• Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.
• The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
• Depending on your bank or payment provider, the amount may take additional time to reflect in your account.

5. Exchange Policy

Exchanges may be offered based on product availability in cases of:

• Wrong item received.
• Manufacturing defects.
• Transit damage supported by a valid unboxing video.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Order Number
• Photos of the product
• 360-degree unboxing video

Our support team will review the request and provide a suitable resolution.

7. Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled and will fall under the return policy guidelines.
